Yes, you can book two or more consecutive lessons with the same instructor. Generally, there is a 10-minute break every 50 minutes, but you can discuss the break time with the instructor.

Yes, you can take the lesson. Depending on the situation, you may find it more comfortable to use earphones with a microphone. Please print out the teaching materials or view them on your smartphone screen. If you plan to use "display teaching materials," "video function," and "chat window" all at the same time, we recommend taking the lesson on a tablet or PC rather than a smartphone due to screen size.

Your family members (children, partners, etc.) can also use your account. There is no problem with sharing an account with family members. When making a reservation, please let the instructor know by writing "XX will be taking this class" in the request field. Also, if your child will be taking the class, please let us know their age, etc., so that the instructor can make preparations more easily.

We may only contact you before and immediately after the lesson for matters essential to the lesson. Direct contact is prohibited under normal circumstances.
